I stopped reading the book after about 100 pages. I don’t know what I was expecting but the “Smug White Guide to Capitalism — Relive those glorious colonial days!” was not what was in blurb.

My main consolation, after wasting a couple of hours on it, was that as I had borrowed it from the library and not boosted his sales' figures.
